How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your order. Once it has been dispatched you will receive another email with a tracking number. You can track your order using our contact us page. 

 

Have you received my return?

Please allow 10 working days to pass before contacting us regarding your return. We will send you an email confirmation once we have received your returns. If you haven’t heard from us contact us at Info@dress2impresslondon.co.uk or send us a message using our online form on our contact us page.

 

I’ve seen an item I like, but it’s currently out of stock. 

If the item is in high demand we will be restocking the item very soon, in the meantime if you would like precise information to when please contact us at Info@dress2impresslondon.co.uk.

 

How to return my item?

If you have a change of heart about any of items you have purchased from us, then they must be returned in the original packaging. You can return within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you if: 

  • The items are unworn and have not been washed 
  • If there has been no transfer of cosmetics on the items

 

How will I receive my refund 

You will receive your refund, using the same method of payment which was used to purchase the item. No later than 14 days after we receive the item.

Make sure you obtain proof of postage for return, this would need to be signed for with a tracking number.
